I hope you are taking care of yourself and that the new directions in life we've all been forced to make are giving birth to some new fulfilling experiences.
I miss you all. And of course, I miss my wonderful band and crew.
Like all of you, we had hoped that the pandemic might have been brought under control by now. But as we watch what is happening with COVID 19 continuing to surge around the world, it has become increasingly clear that it is going to be a while before the world is safe enough again to allow large musical gatherings.
Therefore, after much discussion with our professionals, we have sadly made the difficult decision to cancel our 2021 world tour. We are hugely disappointed, as we suspect you are, too, but have concluded that this is the only possible course to take. Everyone's safety must come first.
For those who purchased their tickets directly from the venues or through official ticket outlets we featured on our sites, you will soon receive communication from them regarding refunds or credit. Most are operating with limited hours and staff so please be patient and feel free to reach out to them if you have not been automatically refunded or contacted with instructions within 30 days. Those who purchased tickets through third-party outlets will need to contact those agencies directly for their refund or credit policies.
Let's all join together to do our part to protect each other. Please continue to follow the guidelines from health officials. We will all get through this together. God willing, we will look forward to reuniting with you when this storm has passed. Stay safe.

PS Thank you for all your replies on my preannouncement for my new album Classics Live 2; I will start answering questions soon on my FB page.
Supertramp's Roger Hodgson Announces New Album
I'm so excited to be offering my long awaited upcoming new album release of Classics Live 2, I have remastered these beloved classics at Abbey Road Studios last year, in preparation for selling this year on my 2020 tour that had to be moved to 2021. This is something I've always wanted to do for my fans before releasing my latest album, so it's in the finest quality possible. It does sound absolutely amazing!
I really poured my heart and soul into this album and care deeply about my fans. I always strive to put out the highest quality products and musical experiences, whether on stage or in the studio and this album is no exception. Also there's more that was done at Abbey Road studios with my classic songs. And there's a few other surprises that I am also going to be announcing later this year so stay tuned.
Because of changing circumstances out of my control, my original launch plans to release my new album later on in the 2020 tour have to change. I have now decided to adjust those original launch plans for the release and do a pre-announcement sooner than when I had originally planned. I have been working on several ideas for bonus materials that I am going to offer with my album. And now what I've decided would be a lot of fun, is to have my fans help me decide which bonuses you'd like to go with my latest album. Does that sound like fun to everyone?
I've always been so inspired by the loyalty and support of all my fans. What has been most fulfilling as an artist is to have written songs that are timeless classics and that so many people have related to in such meaningful, joyful and heartfelt ways for over 50 years. When I feel like I can lift your spirits, touch your hearts, make you laugh, make you cry, then hopefully I've succeeded in helping to give some healing energy and make a positive difference in this world.
I am very grateful to be releasing fresh new versions of my classic songs that sound richer, more alive and better than ever - may they lift your heart and unite us all until we see each other again. I hope everyone is staying as safe and healthy as possible.
Stay in touch with our Facebook page for the latest.
Sending you my love,
Roger
2020 Concert Tour Information
The safety and wellbeing of our fans is always the top priority. Health organizations and governments around the world are experiencing unprecedented challenges battling COVID-19. Large public gatherings have been strongly discouraged for an indefinite period of time. With many events throughout the world already cancelled, and upon direction from health officials in an effort to keep fans safe and help prevent the spread of COVID-19, sadly the decision has been made to cancel all Roger Hodgson live performances this year.
Roger's world tour is being rescheduled as much as possible to take place in 2021. Dates are announced as they are confirmed by promoters and venues. Pease hold onto your tickets as they will be honored for the new dates in the same venues, so no action is needed on your part. Once new dates are set you will receive notification from the ticket office with full details, including information regarding a refund if you are unable to make the new date.
For currently available information on Roger's tour dates, check our Tour page here on the website or go to the Events page on Facebook. Thank you so much for understanding. Be well and take good care of each other. We look forward to seeing you all, happy and healthy, in the future.
