I was in Toulouse on July 2 and it was just wonderful ! I'm 15 years old and I love all your songs . It was so great to shake your hand in that restaurant . Thank you for being so kind and human . Hi ! I was in Toulouse on tuesday july 2, 2013 and it was wonder ful . I'm 15 years old and i love all what you do , Roger ! The most wonderful thing that happened that night , besides the super show you gave us, is that we met in the restaurent , I shake your hand and gave you a Cd were I sang and play my accostic guitar . Hope you enjoyed it . My dad saw you with Supertramp in 1983 in Dax and my parents were also really pleased to see you in toulouse. There are few artists who can offer such a repertoire: "Logical Song," "It's Raining Again," "School," "Dreamer." The Roger Hodgson concert last night at the Casino Barrière in Toulouse, had the makings of jukebox gold. Alternating unstoppable songs ("Breakfast in America") and intimate reflections in bright melodies ("Child of Vision" was shocking), the former singer of Supertramp, with the radiant smile and high-pitched voice, repeated the triumph of his last visit here, on 26 September 2010 - a multi-instrumentalist sidekick, Aaron Macdonald and sober lighting effects. When you have songs that are interpreted "as when they were written," no need to add more. Casual and funny, Roger Hodgson was able to measure, once again, the extraordinary bond that his miraculous songs weave with his audience, representing some nostalgic soundtrack of a lost youth. "It's really incredible: I have the best audience!" he confided leaving the stage, exhausted and happy, a huge bouquet of flowers in hand."
